You have the right to stitch our designs on items you plan to give away or sell.  You may  not sell, give away ,or share the actual design.The designs may  not be taken apart to create new designs, or combined with other designs ,on for sale items without my permission. You may  not use the designs you purchase from us to create applique patches, that you intend to sell as your own creation, as that violates our terms and conditions. The actual designs you purchase from us remain our property. Our designs are not to be offered on any cd or with any other designs than our own. There can be no returns or refunds once you have purchased and downloaded our designs. If you are not happy with a design, contact us and we will work with you to correct the problem. You may change the colors and or resize, but be aware; that if you resize, the design may not stitch correctly.
